The Importance of Power in the Scene

I'm gonna rewrite this scene probably 12 times by the time yeah, yeah, you will. News here is that you've got a lot of meat on the bone here You've got a central conflict in the scene and progressive complications. The critical moment when that power shift happens the turning point is When the female character who's the wife of the passenger comes on on the scene and She sides with the captain. Which raises all kinds of wonderful mysteries and Intention for the reader so the reader is gonna say jeez.
