How Do I Consistently Do This?

i want to continue to go in this direction, but just constantly looking for those people who you can help pull up. And if you go into it like some one needs something from you, and you're trying to be present, i feel like that's kind of a perfect conditions for some really cool stuff to happen. I mean, i had a conversation with somebody this morning. Did i have time to do it to day? Probably not. But i did it anywayand it was extremely nice, life giving.
