Are You Mindful of Pleasant, Unpleasant, Unusual?
Buddhism's law of dependent origination is pointing to that place in the whole unfolding process where we can experience a real sense of freedom. Can we find some ease, some peace regardless of what the feeling tone is? And so this is pointing to the fact that we need to be mindful as we've been talking,. We want to make the feeling tone when it's strong, the object of mindfulness.
