What's the Cap on a Convertible Note?
Most convertible notes have a cap on them yeah. An uncapped note makes no mention of the valuation and you just are writing a check blindly and waiting to see what happens which i hate. You might find out that you invested at a ninety million dollar valuation two years after you write a check.
