Gia: The process of deconstructing the customer experience and operationalizing routines was definitely something that I was thinking about even at the beginnings of running this content series. But eventually what ended up happening was we'd been running the content series together, having a grand old time basically running this side project. And then we ended up with the opportunity to work with a couple of companies who genuinely needed both of our skill sets. We've got to try this on and see how this works. It took two years to get it out of your head or your combined heads onto the page or the Kindle.
