The Respect for Marriage Act and the Religious Right
The Respect for Marriage Act has some kind of language like that. That religious people are respectable, that their beliefs about marriage are supposed to be respected. And kind of downgrades the same-sex marriage into this morally controversy and maybe people can't decide whether they want to discriminate based on or not. It's a huge difference.
