There needs to be some element of opting in to the shared liquidity pools. Unfortunately, we can't have synchronous composability over like the whole state of the rollups. You would need to have one kind of mega-prover who's kind of aware of the state of all the rubs at the same time. So really what needs to happen is that the ZK rollups will have a relatively small surface of intersection.
