i asked on twitter this morning, has anyone ever been laid off in a way that they were like, you know, that was fair. And the common themes from people who said their lay off was tough but fair was, first, it was a personal firing and second, money. If you possibly have any choice in the matter, don't be firing people on mass in like, mid december. It is kind of the worst time to do it. Wait till january. What's so hard about that?
