Fink's the Unconscious Is the Language of the Other
Lacan apparently had a fairly os and mystifying quote, something he would say over and over again. And fink spends a little time explaining what that is, and i think it's worth probably delving into that. Fink asks us to think about slips of the tongue, like you accidentally say, i have to go walk the god. It's not simply an accident,. Instead, it has somehow significance. The argument is that it sort of matches the lekan is right, trying to create desire. That's one of his therapeutic differences with an ego psychologist, or at least the difference that he claims.
