Stalkerware
Stalkerware is any management tool that's monitoring people and trying to keep track of the seconds. In a call center often times, like, especially with the pantry, pandemic with people transitioning to work from home, this has become more prevalent because they want to make sure you're actually earning your money. But it becomes really restrictive because the whole benefit of working from home is that you can take a break. And so these softwares are put into place so that you do not do that.
