Brooke: Is fast pacing and a riveting plot anti intellectual unto itself? Or does such an action-packed story, you know, ruin those insights into our lives that were stories provide? Tracey: I think the industry is a little bit more obsessed with categories than readers. But yeah, literary fiction is almost like you can get some gold stars for having read all of these books.
