The Practice of Queer Oral History

10 years ago, Boyden Ramirez published a book called bodies of evidence on the practice of queer oral history. The editors were keen to bring together scholars from across the US who were working on LGBTQ and oral history. And it was radical in the sense that it was also calling for a queer oral history practice. But then we think, okay, well then 10 years past. What more is there still to be done? We wanted to add a UK spin on it, as I said, because the UK has gone on to produce some excellent work in that regard.
