The Importance of Context Sensitivity in Outreach
When you're running a training session or any sort of outreach, you have to remember you're on show. Not everyone will pick up on all of those cues. You better believe that if one or two of those cues is off, you are going to be in a worse position than you might otherwise have been had. It's just being intentional and deliberate about this rather than not necessarily appreciating how much you can have an impact on someone.
