Is Fundamentals Risk Management?

fundamentals have no intrinsic risk management to it, its by its very nature, it's almost anti risk management. And so even if i'm going down the trade, you could still apply rist manage, because technical analysis s blishes a an area where you want to buy or sell. But they with technical analysis, i can say, ok, i expect the market to fail in this zone, and if it goes beyond this zone by a hundred points, then my call is just wrong and i'm out.
