The Hanafi'a Medhhab and the Hadith of Abu Ghirah
There are some Masa'a in Firk where the Hadith of Abu Ghirah actually is the point of debate, and so these discussions exist. Some later Hanafis, they say this hadith goes against Tias. And so we will not accept it, right? But there's an idea that if a transmitter is not a jurist, his Hadith has to be in line with Pias. I believe it's problematic, right? I'm not Hanafis.
