The Power of Emotional Intelligence

I thought I understood emotion so well. And it was a, I don't even know a reckoning right with realizing that I understand what other people's emotions look like. My go to is rationalization and making sense of them as much as possible. It gives me language around emotion that's helpful when you're trying to talk about it. But when you're Trying to dig deep inside yourself, it's not always so helpful to feel like for feeling. There are moments in our life where our life throws us something really evocative. We would predict these different way or behavior from ourselves when we experience these experiences.
