Do You Feel Like There Was an Advantage to Learning to Code?
I think for me, it was definitely the better way to go. When you teach yourself stuff, there's loads of frustration sometimes. There's definitely something to be said about having guidance and mentors. But I think at the time too though, we're talking 2011, 2012, got my first job in 2013. So it wasn't like it was even on my radar to do stuff like that. And honestly up until the point where my buddy tells me to go get a job, I was still convinced I was supposed to do something else.
