The Importance of a Good Work-Life Balance
I wanted to ask you about your thoughts on the industry and maybe offer a point of view for other creatives who might be really sucked into it. How we can see beyond just the work and the long hours and the industry. What I'm very curious about as well is we've talked about the design industry and how, you know, often can be very serious about itself. And what I think it's important that we do now is kind of in more senior positions or we're kind of leading departments or agencies? Just because I liked doing that, doesn't mean everybody else should or would. But yeah, I think we have to lead by example.
