The Limits of Kantian Thought
Hegel was attempting to overcome the deadlocks of kantian thought, which she thinks were elevated to really stupefying levels by victa. In particular, its a very important claim for rose's reading. But if it were just a matter of getting hegel right, i think that wouldn't be very interesting. Rose's edition in this text is that the two major trends in early twentieth century sociology recapitulated the structure of this paradox. And the reason why she argues, is that they represented two sides of neo consian thought in the early 1900s.
