Should You Be Doing a Lot of Bfar Training in the Gim?

Bfar training is just as effective for building muscles traditional strength training, despite using much lighter weights and not taking each set to failure. There are a couple of situations where i think it makes sense to include beafar in your routine. If you have an injury, for example, and you are not able to use your normal training loads, biafar is a great way to get in effective training while healing. It also can help you get in more volume.
