Wearable Rings for Your Uvula

i'm trying to figure out some way that i could track all of the different nutrient information for the things that i consume in a given day. I don't know if it's going to be like a wearable ring for my uvula, or if it're going to be something that you wallow entirely and you wear it inside of your stomach. So just forget it and just give me the head set and whole body haptic suit so i can go a full destopian metavers on this reality. That would be so cool. It's been years since i've actually had a printer in my home. In any case, thank you your answers to that topic.
