Lifting weights is very physical but it can also be intellectually stimulating as well so if you start to actively pursue the development of your mental fitness. using some of the coping skills with my own uh strength training helped out a lot and the ones that worked for me were bracing just accepting that this is gonna suck  and then reminding myself that um my body is capable of pushing this weight up.
