What's the Ordinary Public Meaning of Search?
Jug profesor gera: I think from an original standpoint, we would ask ordinary historical meaning. There's still a reasonable expectation of privacy in the place because it's not open to the public. And i think actually current consent law is what he wants that to be - if an officer asked for consent to search, and an individual gives the consent, it is a reasonable search. But why not just end up recreating the questions more broadly? What is your bright line of what is a search? Let me know at josh@cnn.com.
