What Is an I C O?

An iceo or token sale is when a new network is being created and a company is issuing tokens for the first time of this network, incerned to distribute them. And so they, they go out and conduct these sales where, ah, they go and sell tokens to investors or to users that want to eventually participate on the net. A lot of times these i c os aren't grounded in anything. Because at least if you're buying a penny stock, you still know that that penny stock represents a claim on the future casuals of that company in one way or another. You just can't do that in tokens right now.
