Speaking in the Audience

I would love to give you some advice that was given to me that really change in the game for me on a speaking basis. The first thing is is that if you are afraid to speak in front of people, that means you'r being selfish. Tat means that you're making about you and not about the audience. So it's really about coming from a place of how can i help? How can i contribute?How can i make a positive contribution to the people that will sit in my audience?"
