The most important thing that will ever do is a society or as a community or as neighbors is to have disagreements with each other. It seems like the only goal of anybody nowadays is to one up the other person and not only to try and prove them wrong but to embarrass them by trying to prove them wrong. That's what we're slowly losing as as a humankind, you are a different person when you are in front of another person.
