Crowd sourcing can be wholesome as well, when you are setting up a proof of concept. But the cost in my experience is that it will act like a mechanical tookle at widlefast scale. Long term, i much prefer using inhouse anotation for high quality data and insights. And if they build up an institutional knowledge, but also their productivity views, this could make them more productive.
