The Antipodes of Everything Modern and Egalitarian
Nietzsche is simply pointing out the animal aspects of us, he thinks have improved what we are as a species just as much as this morality of the herd. And notice he doesn't say more so, he says as much as it's opposite. Under opposite conditions, conditions oppositional to what we typically think of as our well-being or utility, that is where we grow. These opposite conditions are what we opposite men stand for, the antipodes of everything modern and egalitarian.
