Kubernetes Deprecation Process

Kubernetes project has done deprecations before. It has a deprecation cycle. Are we hoping to make the deprecation process a little more robust as a result? Yes. The thing that I specifically have suggested is when you deprecate things, you need to A, consider the documentation impact and B, write a few blog posts during the releases leading up to the actual removal because people just need to keep being reminded.
