Aquinas' Arguments on the Soul's Incorporation

Aquinas criticizes those who assert that souls were created first and later were embodied for claiming something impossible. If the soul is not individuated except from its body, ex-corporae, then quote, souls are not made multiple except insofar as they are infused in multiple bodies. And so this gives Aquinas the occasion to add an important element to his account of the individuation of the soul.
