Set a Green Boundary for Holiday Conversations

There are a lot of conversations around like life status and life status changes that you just don't want to have over the holidays when with relatives. Reach out to key family members or the person who's hosting or whoever you know will ask ahead of time, set a green boundary. A yellow boundary is even more clear, which is, stop. I am not asking for your feedback or your opinion. So please either change the subject or I'll excuse myself.
