The view that the university has taken is that chat GPT is here to stay. That particular genie is out of the box now, so we need to think through how we're going to incorporate that into our teaching and learning. As you can imagine, that means rethinking stuff like assessment. And there's been a lot of underlying plumbing work that needs to go on in order to be able to set the university up so that it can then lean into this brave new world a little bit.
