I Lay Off and It Kills Things

Not every company is laying off. And then the other thing that happens in a layoff is you end up laying off some of the wrong people if you're big enough. There's just like basically this sense, I think among CEOs, or there will be that basically is like COVID for doing anything to restructure your company. But it feels like we're going to go into a period where there's going to be a lot of change in the economy and jobs.
