Accused feels why should he go in for ple bargaining when there are 80 percent chances of being acquitteld? So acquitted, in many cases, a is not clean. But yes, why he should suffer either the ignormity of a criminal, or an accused in a criminal case, or being in a prison? And since a case would ordinarily take in India, six to eight years.
