Is Ultra Sound a Good Toy in Rural Recess?

There are certain toys that are even more important in the rural environment than anywher in an academic center. I know some of my buddies who practise in small shops or criticlasses places just haven't gained facility with ultra sound. And i think that's a deal breaker, just because of the lack of availability of so many imaging modalities. That my feeling is that everyone in rural reserce should be better than any one in the academic centers at ultra sound. If their center doesn't ave one, they're readily affordable.
