The Importance of Reporting Crimes

In the Breonna Taylor case, her boyfriend fired a weapon believing he was the victim of a home invasion. And after the fact, he had charges hanging over him for weeks. We only know about what happened in George Floyd's case because of bystander video. If that had not been recorded, this may have been yet another incident where the report simply says that a person died in custody and we would have heard nothing more of it.
