Getting Into the Workday

i'm either starting my official work day after the forty minute morning routine and a little putsing around here and there. Preparing myself my cambucha drink or what have you, maybe doing some minor household chores, and then finally getting into it. So i do think i would probably get away and benefit be fine with less sleep if i wasn't working out to that point whereprett much pushing by the limits of my capabilities. I haven't started my workday until kind of deep into the morning.
