The Politics of Research

We UX the hell out of some of these tools to help us do UX work and end up tricking ourselves. So we're programmed to lie but we're alsoprogrammed to misunderstand. It's just a fantastic complete loop of nonsense. But important but the critical thinking or the self-reflection on the work you're doing, the tools you're using. What are these tools actually doing for me? What are they actually saying? In a lot of times I think we do.
