The Republican Response to Gun Violence

The mayor of Louisville, Kentucky was shot six times by a gunman last year. He actually made a campaign ad out of that for the mayor's race in Louisville. The same month as these shootings today, within the same month of those things happening, Republicans in North Carolina overrode the Democratic governor's veto to get rid of gun safety laws. Florida Republicans also just passed a new law that removes all rules around carrying loaded weapons on your person in Florida. That's the kind of lawmaking response we're having in Republican-led states right now. This is from every town from gun safety.
