If you're more satiety than actually eating a billion calories of junk food if you just say like 10 pizzas and a gallon of ice cream you would have a ton of real satiety. Something that makes you feel really full like a skinless chicken breast that doesn't have a lot of calories it would have very high satiety per calorie. Just eating a dozen crispy cream donuts would give you a lot of satiety but even more calories so fairly poor satieties per calorie It's tricky, everyone's like well you know I get tons of satiety from oil and butter and fat and lard and bacon and nuts and I'm like yeah but that is an awful lot of calories
