The Importance of Roundabout Construction

There is a large movement in the United States to build roundabouts. Some state DOTs, Department of Transportation are encouraging roundabout construction. But change is hard for humans; when one takes a risk, you risk failure. It's harder to try something brand new than to do what everyone else has always done.
