Would you consider germline testing for run X1 or itv6 in patients who's thrombocytopenia is not so clear with regard to pathogenesis? I think some of the recent thrombogenomics studies looking at broader predisposition panels definitely could show that in a fairly broad platelet disorder population the pick up rate is quite low around you know less than 5% but then if they added other platelet defects into the phenotype they could increase the rate of identification of variants.
