The History of Lipstick

Revlon was not the only game in town with lipstick and it actually kicked off the lipstick wars. There was a company called Hazel Bishop, and she came up with what's called indelible lipstick. Revlon decided to sink a pretty decent amount of money into advertising on this new TV show called the $64,000 question. It turned out to be like just the hottest thing on TV. That ultimately ended the lipstick Wars of the 1950s.
