Technical Interviews - Are They a Good Predictor for Technical Jobs?
Interviewers have full control over the things they ask within their company. But it also might make sense if your questions reflects what a candidate is going to do, just because you get a better sense of them. The algarithmic type questions tend to be an overlya restrictive measure. It does eliminate lots of people who might be great candidates, but are not good at alrythmic questions. So i'd prefer to have something where i accidentally weed out good candidates, rather than i accidentally let in bad candidates.
