Everything is missing right now. We don't have some of the key technologies ecause we haven't invested enough in r and d. The real question, a bit like the global vaccinations, is why on earth we aren't doing it with maximum emurgency? Cause this is trillions of dollars lying on the sidewalk that we should be able to pick up. And that's where the politics comes in. That just isn't the will to concert, to organize, to break the resistance, to build the coalitions. Even in europe, which is the most advanced in this, it is leaden the progress.
