"I'm just I kind of obsess about the numbers and I start adding the 99 drive myself crazy trying to work out how long it's aiming to do the last mile," she says. She also reveals her tips for winning an ultra-marathon, including eating and drinking competition with some running in the middle. "It was a shame because you would have got some great strava fires impressive roots but I had to have to give up on that as what I was finding was that the watch would be  a reminder of how far you had to go that time so constant reminder on your on your wrist."
