The Importance of After Sales Service

Bill: There's always been kind of three sales streams that I talk about with my sales folks. One is straight sales because sometimes it's a one time sale you're selling it they'll never buy that again or never need to find that that's traditional sales. The other two are account management and business development where you're continually trying to build new business opportunities, which can come full circle back to as you're developing an imagining account. Bill: You may want to also look at having different types of sales people as we generalize them withyou know make sure you're not alienating the companies that are wanting you to visit them.
