Anton: Engineering is secondary management positions. The sooner you realize that, the better you embrace the real responsibility and act on it. In many cases, engineering never gets an opportunity to experiment with new ideas or ways of doing things. And i think there's probably some cultural differences from across the pond. You're your base thought israel, i'm told. But i spent a lot of time also in western europe, and i also happen to see some differences on geography.
