Homdy moved to idaho and fixed the plant. He never left until it was operation of running good. Just as he had done in the first plant, homdy led by example,. building up the sense of community and self ownership at twin falls. Once this began to take shape, he could turn his attention to gearing the company towards its next stage.

He turned a small Upstate New York town into an epicenter of Greek yogurt by mobilizing a community to revive a mothballed dairy plant.
