Clemens Schulte: Optical inter-cell light links will require one moving satellite to point a laser beam at another moving satellite. He says the good news is that our constellations are all moving in the same direction and neighbor satellites, especially on the same plane, are even moving with the same velocity. But there's a kind of a strategy in spiraling the links, and then they meet, he says.
